What is biological age, and why does it matter more than your birthday?

Your chronological age is fixed the day you're born. Your biological age isn't — it moves based on how your cells, organs, and systems are actually functioning.

Two people born in the same year can have a 15-year gap in biological age, driven by inflammation, hormonal decline, metabolic health, and recovery capacity.

This is why we start every longevity program with a baseline biological age test — it tells us where you actually are, not where the calendar says you should be.
